Validated the daily user acceptance testing for general ledger and documented the results. • Managed multiple migrations of the Prologue General Ledger & Accounts Payable application to the new releases. Reviewed testing results to ensure all functionality was tested successfully. Created the playbook used on migration weekend to make sure all migration steps were completed and the financial data in the new release was validated. • System administrator for the ART Skystem general ledger account reconciliation application. This includes uploading the month end balances, and tracking when the account reconciliations are complete. Performing maintenance for new accounts and closed accounts as needed. Generate status reports for management. • Support the implementation of subsidiary applications including Leasepak, Cenlar, and EPIC. Provided details needed for creating general ledger transaction files for import to Prologue General Ledger. Tested the new import files and updated Prologue Unattended Processing as needed.
