  Worked for Flintshire Council since the age of 18 and have been teaching different types of fitness classes since then. I have taught Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Circuits, Step Circuits, Body Conditioning and Pilates Themed exercises over the years. I now only teach Total tone on a Monday 7-8pm and Indoor Cycling on a Sunday 10-11am at Flint plus cover holiday's whenever require I also volunteer within the Exercise Referral scheme Worked for Flintshire Council since the age of 18 and have been teaching different types of fitness classes since then.
