Being a Service Engineer i did field services and troubleshooting of CAT Machines and had a team of 4 other technicians and 2 apprentice under me. Working at the mines i had the opportunity to multitask. Learned inventory management and how to prioritise and schedule jobs. Enjoyed assisting my team and customers with the technical and part support.
