Sharon is an incredible leader, admired colleague, and dynamic and talented marketing professional. Sharon hired me in my first role at Loyola University Maryland as a Marketing Communications Coordinator where I reported to her for three years. She saw something in me I was not yet confident in myself, and continued to push and inspire me to grow as a marketing professional and leader. I had the pleasure of working closely with her and her team in other roles at the institution, and the opportunity to report to her directly again for five years more recently! I learned so much from her as a marketer, as a manager, and a leader: her knack for creative writing and brainstorming, her ability to bring clarity and identify highest impact projects and ideas, her affinity for innovation and testing new ideas, her ability to inspire a large team to do their best work as a cohesive unit under pressure, and her relationship-building skills and power of influence. She transformed marketing and communications at Loyola and was a trusted strategic partner of campus leadership. I am forever grateful to have such an incredibly mentor in my career and now, a lifelong friend.

I rarely come across executives that I respect and admire as much as Sharon. Sharon was a client for five years and what I admire most is her commitment to excellence and ability to inspire the team. No matter the ask, committees she sits on to improve the business, market conditions or the politics of academia, Sharon always brings clarity, resolve and leadership to everything she does. Her ability to establish a shared vision for all stakeholders and yet, hold team members accountable for their individual parts, is a unique skill that motivates the team (internal and external) to exceed expectations. Sharon is a difference maker and earns my highest recommendation.

Sharon is a dynamic marketing and communications professional. Having worked with her for over 10 years in higher education, I can attest to her strategic and analytical thinking abilities, collaborative work style, and unwavering reliability. Sharon works well under pressure and accepts challenges with alacrity. She is also a top-notch manager of people and processes. Although we no longer work together, I continue to consult with Sharon when I need advice on dealing with personnel matters. I would recommend Sharon to any team who wants to get things done with care, clarity, creativity, and style.
