  Part of the Sales department, my role entailed guiding and coaching the Area and Store teams ensuring correct implementation of the company guidelines. By inspiring and motivating the teams this delivered excellent indirect customer service. I was also part of a small team who produced all the navigation vinyl for H&M and the Brands including bespoke promotions and campaign materials which would result in increased footfall and selling.
