I couldn’t have asked for a better first manager than Siddhi, who was my direct supervisor for 18 months. Besides being a manager, she is also a wonderful mentor. My performance improved due to her coaching and training. Aside from encouraging different perspectives, she also made an effort to promote a diverse viewpoints. Her communication skills were utilized during our training period for the purposes of training and she is quite humorous as well.
