I have worked in the adult mental health clinic. I started on the FSP team (December 2015-June 2018). My duties at the time included: •Manage a shared caseload of 60 highest level intensity clients in Berkeley•A part of a team who provide complete wrap around services•Assist in linking clients to community resources (i.e. Medi-Cal, legal services, housing, groups, etc.)•Crisis assessment and response•Initiating 5150 and coordinating care with psychiatric hospitals •Provide therapy and skill building to clients•Provide assessments and create treatment plansAfter about two years, I transferred to a different team which we call FIT (Focus on Independence Team) in June 2018. Clients on this team tend to have little to no psychiatric hospitalizations. For these clients, the goal is to assist them in learning skills where they can transition into the community. I assist in managing a caseload of 35 clients. Show less
