During my two-month internship at Kantor Notaris Isnie Agustina Mahardika in Palembang, I had the privilege of immersing myself in notarial law, fulfilling a lifelong passion. My tasks included crafting legal documents, precise language, and formatting to ensure compliance with legal standards. I was also responsible for meticulously cross-referencing information to ensure its accuracy and completeness, a crucial step in upholding the integrity of legal documentation. I also undertook the task of carefully combining different copies and documents to form the final, well-structured land deed. This crucial process helps differentiate between duplicates and the original notarial deed (akta minuta), ensuring the accurate documentation of transactions and their legal validity. Furthermore, my responsibilities extended to assisting clients in gathering and organizing the necessary documentation for their transactions. I had the privilege of interacting with clients, providing guidance, and helping them navigate the complexities of legal processes. This allowed me to apply my knowledge gained as a law student at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, to help clients make informed decisions and complete their transactions with confidence and competence. Throughout my internship, I was committed to serving our clients to the best of my ability, utilizing my legal knowledge and skills to provide them with comprehensive support. This experience has not only deepened my understanding of notarial law but has also strengthened my commitment to ensuring the legality and validity of various transactions. I am profoundly grateful for the invaluable experience gained during this internship. It has further ignited my passion for notarial law and equipped me with practical skills that will undoubtedly benefit me in my future legal endeavors. I eagerly look forward to contributing my newfound insights and expertise to future legal pursuits. Show less

    • Staff of Advocacy Department
      • Mar 2022 - Feb 2023

As a member of the Advocacy Staff at BEM FH UI in 2022, I had the privilege of serving as both the Project Officer and Vice Project Officer (VPO) for the "Share to Advo" and "Audiensi Stakeholders" events involving the Education Bureau, Student Affairs Management, and General Management. In the first half of my term, I began as the VPO for "Share to Advo," a week-long event aimed at collecting aspirations from FH UI students across multiple cohorts. We utilized Google Docs and Zoom Meetings with rotating shifts of Advocacy staff to maximize participation. After gathering these aspirations, we categorized them and presented them to the Education Bureau, Student Affairs Management, and General Management in the 3 days event named “Audiensi Stakeholders”. Despite the virtual format due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our team's commitment and adaptability ensured effective engagement with both stakeholders and students, ensuring their voices were heard. In the latter part of my term, I was entrusted the role of Project Officer for "Share to Advo" and “Audiensi Stakeholder,” transitioning to in-person activities. This phase involved direct communication with stakeholders through face-to-face interactions and on-campus events. My responsibilities expanded to include leadership and project oversight, ensuring the seamless consolidation and communication of student aspirations. The results of the stakeholders' audiencing were summarized and published for the entire academic community to review and consider. This intensive engagement allowed us to collect a comprehensive range of feedback, significantly benefiting the FH UI academic community. This experience deepened my understanding of effective advocacy and honed my adaptability and leadership skills as we seamlessly shifted between online and offline operations. Show less
