Brought in as the station began its turnaround and returned to its Top 40 roots and helped build one of the biggest radio brands in the world. Promoted in 2005 to become the fourth Program Director in station’s 22-year history and its first and only female Program Director, overseeing all programming of the radio station including music, talent, marketing, digital, sales and promotion. Developed and led strategy to generate a 23% increase in the station’s share in New York for their target demographic of 18-34. Delivered the highest ratings in the station's history each year in 2010, 2011 and 2012 – Nielsen Rated #1 in the 18-34 demographic, #1 among those 18-49 and #1 among 25-54. Those ratings records still stand today.Served as Executive Producer of the world-famous Z100’s Jingle Ball concert at Madison Square Garden, a 17,000+ capacity show that sells out in less than 30 minutes each year. The show’s success and popularity drove artist demand to appear in the lineup and fueled sponsor competition to be part of the event. Named a Producer of a spin-off national 12-city iHeartRadio Jingle Ball tour that launched in 2013.Acted as a talent coach for all on-air talent, conducting weekly air-checks with DJs and molding new talent to fit the station. Spent 8 years as co-host of the Achievement In Radio (A.I.R.) award-winning “Z100 Pajama Party with Sharon & Danielle” radio show, a weekly show that was #1 in the target demographics of females 18-34 and all persons 18-34.Developed a partnership with Nickelodeon to program music, content and talent for Nick Radio, a digital platform on the iHeartRadio app and online.
