And as a corporate partner, I appreciated these characteristics because they ensured communication of HR initiatives and organizational change efforts were as employee-centric as possible. I was always impressed by her ability to effectively collaborate -- even during short timeline projects or those where stakeholders were initially on completely different pages. As a team member or HR leader, Gursharn is a valuable asset to any organization. I hope I have the pleasure of working together with her again.
