I had the pleasure of working with Sharna on various different Innovation projects during my time in Nike's Footwear Innovation group. Not only was Sharna detailed oriented and knowledgeable about the projects we worked on together but also very passionate about her work. I also was fortunate to be a "test subject" for her in the Sport's Research Lab and she always brought a big smile to the room and as difficult and challenging the biomechanics studies could be at times, she always made it a fun experience. When working with her on projects, she would bring that same positive attitude to the table and would be quick to respond on issues or questions and had a knack for explaining complex biomechanical results to the lay person. She was a true asset and any team would be lucky to work with her.
