  Responsibilities Perform Covid 19 PCR (Test Real Time PCR) Preparation of Master Mix of RT-PCR Perform different test kit in RT-PCR (Sansure, Gene Proof screening and Radi) VTM media Preparation Mainating and handling PCR machine (7500 Abi system, Quant Gene 9600 and Light Cycler 4500(Roche). Assist with preparation of Laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
