This experience includes working as an Operations Manager, Logistics Manger, Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and assisting in Estimating. Working on site as well as in the office. • Be innovative and creative when looking for alternative solutions to challenges. • Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements. • Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules. • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team. • Keep PM and other project team members informed of project status. • Notify Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors of any changes to the plans, specifications and/or schedule. • Responsible for all aspects of the logistics supply chain, development and optimization of site logistics solutions to meet the needs of the project. Manage the movement of crews, goods, and equipment at the construction site and control site facilities management. • Work with trucking and shipping companies on the characteristics of the site, including site access/ egress, storage capacity, and the availability of hoists, cranes, forklifts etc. • Produce daily, weekly, and long-term movement plans. • Ensuring delivery personnel are adhering to company and client safety polices, and the proper PPE and signaling are used, AHA’s are reviewed and signed.
