•Responsible for the demand and inventory management requirement including procurement activities of our company. •Ensure that the optimum level of inventories is maintained to deliver high customer service at the least cost. o Coordinate with sales for the timely preparation of forecast and understanding volume drivers to better manage demand. o Establish inventory policies of assigned category to ensure that optimum inventory levels are maintained for cost effectiveness. o Review sales performance vs. forecast on a monthly basis, compute for forecast accuracy and take necessary actions to address issues of products that are not performing in accordance with plans. o Prepare replenishment plans based on forecast and available inventory on a timely and accurate basis. o Timely preparation of the purchase requisition based on the scheduled replenishment plan. o Prepare Annual Production Plan and coordinate with production from time to time to insure that production schedule and priorities were met. o Purchasing of Trading items and materials for the timely deliveries of orders, expediting orders for critical inventories and deferring orders of products that are below volume performance. o Coordinate the timely release of imported goods from Customs; prepare landed cost computation. o Close monitoring of inventories in all stock locations and to take actions when necessary. o Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of orders to customers as well as deliveries of stocks to provincial depots. o Provide updates to management, marketing and sales organization on stock-outs and status of critical items. o Provide management and concerned parties on a regular basis the list of non-moving items, slow moving products for disposition and/or move-out plans. o Review and update inventory parameters in Microsoft AX.
