My first impression of Sharlyn was ‘this one comes with a strong personality’ and honestly, I was quite intimidated by her. But after working under her guidance for almost a year, I came to realise that my initial fear was of naught. Sharlyn has a strong personality that makes heads turn and cower at the same time, but she balances it out with her ability to properly communicate with people in any situation, at any level and place. This, accompanied with her friendliness and willingness to help others as much as she can make her to be someone that I look up to in times whenever I need motivation and certainty in my path. I appreciate her straightforwardness as it solved many problems and misunderstandings that we had, and her directions are always easy to understand as she explains them clearly and patiently to whoever that needs it. I admired, not to mention was envious of her mind as she churned out countless brilliant ideas during the discussions for our products. She’s always serious about her work, but that doesn’t make her a boring person. In fact, she really knows how to brighten the mood after a heavy discussion. Having the opportunity to work with her was a blessing, and I hope to see more from her as she’s moving forward with her mission to change the world into a better place.
