  iGLOW is a Kenyan grassroots initiative focusing on empowering and preparing young women for leadership positions. iGLOW empowers a force of "Smart, Driven, and Unstoppable" women through career development workshops, economic empowerment, partnerships with international women leaders, and community service.=> Single-handedly design critical recruitment and capacity-building programs, including orientation and training curriculum for volunteers and mentors.=> Design and facilitate training sessions on human rights, democracy, and access to justice.=> Improve rural girls' school enrolment by providing strategic guidance on rural girl's education access, retention, transition, and completion.=> Provide technical support to staff, volunteers, and mentors on complex cases or issues and contribute to developing rural girls' Arts and Leadership programs.=> Empower girls and women economically and counsel 3000 rural girls on human rights, democracy, and access to justice.=> Leverage exceptional data collection and analytic skills in gathering data and ensure the required data is correctly captured and recorded.=> Champion the planning of the human rights activities and ensure minimal disruption to the program.=> Identify and build links with other stakeholders, ensuring that gender issues are raised and addressed.=> Design innovative programs to support the professional development for girls' instructors and point person for girl's Level-up village-pioneering global STEAM coordinator=> Conduct girls' plan analysis on a case-by-case basis, develop positive relationships and provide substantive support promptly.

  Divisions: Research & Compliance Division & Economic, Social and Cultural Rights Division (ECOSOC).KNCHR is an independent National Human Rights Institution established to promote and protect human rights in Kenya. The institution also plays a watchdog role over the Government in human rights and provides a leadership role in moving the country towards a human rights-respecting state.=> Collaborated with the Coalition on Violence against Women (COVAW), Centre for Rights Education and Awareness (CREAW), and Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) to ensure Survivors of Sexual Violence have access to Justice.=> Worked closely with Users and Survivors of Psychiatry (USP-Kenya) and Kenya Association of the Intellectually Handicapped (KAIH) to provide persons with an intellectual and psychosocial disability access to Justice.=> Coordinated the Human Rights investigation of displaced families/ evictees in Kuresoi North sub-county because of Itare Dam's contraction.=> Championed the preparation for the Global Disability summit co-hosted by the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of Kenya in collaboration with the International Disability Alliance (IDA).=> Worked with the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics to ensure proper data collection during the 2019 Kenya Population and Housing Census.=> Served as a special rapporteur and regional consultant on the role of National Human Rights and Parliamentarians in realizing the Right to Health and Ending AIDS in collaboration with Designed Human Rights Training on Migrants Governance. => Provided input on the goals and objectives of the International Development Law Organisation (IDLO).
