Proposed change in basic design of equipment Edge Wiper automated spray system with static piping design, now producing direct cost saving (equipment cost) estimated 1.8 million and indirect (annual maintenance cost) 0.8 million per Annam. (Kaizen). 3. 100% Productivity achieved after completion of Pickling plant commissioning, with reduced set-up time. 4. • Control scrap %age from 3.5% to 0.5~0.6% (Kaizen). 5 • Proposed change in basic design of equipment Decoiler hydraulic brake by gear pump with hydraulic piping design from main hydraulic pump, now producing direct cost saving (equipment cost) estimated 2.5 million PKR and indirect (annual maintenance cost) 0.2 million PKR per Annam, indirect product and save down time Approx. 45 million per Annam (Kaizen).
