  Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Responsible for analyzing inventory reports & closely monitors the status of inventory • Updates FG National inventory report and provide analysis of the current days level • Provide daily updates of issuances and calculate its average daily off-take • Coordinate with the production of the critical/out of stocks items and request for a production schedule • Provide weekly report of SOTEX (Soon to Expire) products • Classifying fast moving products to less moving as ABC Classification • Monitors newly launched products or seasonal products and provide allocations in each depots according to forecast • Ensures that stocks are balanced and responsible for transfers of products to inventories • Allocating shipments of trucks daily & calculating truck requirements to warehouses nationwide • Allocating & checking of orders based on the demand & optimizing warehouse capacity to depots • Responsible for cutting transportation costs of truck shipments • Provide replacements of unserved orders to depots • Arrange meeting monthly for concerns, updates, & filling the gaps Show less
