Looking for that key player on your team to ensure a new or existing event/program is deployed flawlessly and executed with the desired results and more, then Shari is your prefect candidate. She excels at gathering the business requirements, determining the required resources, laying out the timelines, keeping contributors on task, managing any unplanned hiccups and delivering outstanding results. Everyone raves about her events and project results, especially external stakeholders. It is only she who takes pause to study the opportunities to refine and improve for next time. Her ability to work with all levels within an organization is impressive. If I had the opportunity to pick my "A team" for a small or major event/project, Shari would be on my draft list.

I had the pleasure of working with Shari at Harley-Davidson for over 15 years in her various roles. She is a constant professional in everything she does and a valuable asset to anyone's team. Shari is a team player with a calm demeanor yet very passionate about her work. She collaborates well with others through clear and effective communication, building trusting relationships and instilling confidence with others. Her project management skills are outstanding. She is organized and her attention to detail is above and beyond; yet she can look at the big picture and think strategically. She successfully led and executed various programs with complex details, coordination, logistics and event management. Shari flawlessly managed the coordination of all aspects of various programs for the U.S. Sales Team such as the Annual Townhalls and webinars, dealer advisory council and was an integral part of planning for our Annual Dealer Meeting for many years. For each of these meetings she worked collaboratively with my team, the Aviation department, U.S. Sales team and the dealer network. After each event she would always find ways to improve and streamline the planning process. Shari was a pleasure to work with and I miss working with her on these programs, as well as her positive attitude, kindness and friendship in the office.
