Shari worked with the Information Security and Data Privacy teams on various compliance programmes. This involved ensuring that the data privacy policies were embedded into efficient and effective procedures across the business, writing Data Protection policies and procedures and creating compliance systems. Shari gave Data Protection town hall seminars to groups of staff using detailed knowledge of the Data Protection Act, her role also included working closely with developers and reporting regularly to project stakeholders.
