Due to the success of micromanaging executions of MMG as VP of Marketing I was given the dual role of General Manager to oversee all aspects of the label moving forward. Also overseeing the Atlantic Records marketing department inclusive of marketing directors and support staff within. Given the responsibility for an active roster of over 20 artists. Maintaining budgets for the entire artist roster and T&E budgets for my employees on a quarterly basis.
