As Course Administrator I am responsible for all course related matters, guests and participants logistics, arranging accommodation and (air)transportation, certification, assisting with new course developments, assisting instructors and management, reporting and assisting operating lines and participants. I also have a role as confidentiality person and first responder. In my job as course administrator I have build up a lot of knowledge about the company and the job, therefore I am an allround member of my team. I am always looking for a good challenge in my job and I enjoy busy days at the office. I like to solve the issues we face, thinking ahead of what is coming and/or needed for certain tasks and create structure. The greatest compliment I receive every day is when my colleagues come to me for my assistance.

At Guest Relations I was responsible for welcoming the participants and CSMART guests, answering the phone and e-mail, issuing the certificates, prepare name badges for the participants and the sign in and sign out sheets for participants and CSMART employees. Also I was involved in the process of moving from one location to another, as we moved to a brand new building in July 2016.
