I have had the pleasure of knowing Sharat for over 15 years now. Our professional journey crossed paths at Under Grad University level, where, both of us were part of Leo Club International (Youth Wing of Lion's Club International). It is here that I reported to Sharat as an executive member of the Leo Club, while he was serving as the club President. I have had a lot to learn from Sharat's organizational and planning skills there. Sharat's attention to detail was impeccable, while maintaining an excellent hold on the multiple tasks related to the club's diverse goals. At a very young age and very early on, in his professional journey, he was great at leading a team of youngsters with motivation and reasoning. He not only focused on the development of the club, but also laid a lot of focus on our individual development and grooming us for various future roles within the club.
