(Distance of 200 kms and more from the headquarter at Balasore.)- Successful implementation of One Time Settlement Scheme during FY 11-12 and realizing around Rs.110 Cr from outstanding arrear.- Resolved issues/demands of various unions like outsourcing, through dialogue and maintain interpersonal relations for conductive industrial atmosphere.- Being the chair person of the in-house HR/IR Committee of NESCO, Demand of the union and policy related matters have been settled time to time.
