      I am working as a IT Service Desk technician and handling day to day tickets as submitted by the users via call, chat and email. Performed other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor. Working in 24*7 environment and apart of technical and application support I also working with OEM's regarding the user's issue, doing heath checks on daily basis for the IT related equipment, inhouse running applications and send email to the respective team. Do monitoring for Server's call out alerts and inform On Call person in case if it's require. Do IT induction when any user joins a company. I also responsible for preparing a new laptop for user and do IT related formalities when someone join and leave the organization. Maintain IT asset as per the stock and share reports directly with the IT Manager. Do L1 related in O365 like license assigning to user (E1, E3), as per the request convert user's mailbox to shared mailbox etc. Perform L1 task in Active Directory like account unlock, password reset, OU creation, move user within different OU through the 3rd party application. As a ticketing tool I am using a Service now and on a monthly basis I have to run a query to fetch day by day ticket counts and time and it with the IT Manager. Giving support to user for iPhone, Android related issues like how user can configure company profile using the Company portal. Apart of this giving Printer support, Application support and technical support to user and there is no limitations of support and at the end of the day I have to send a shift handover to the next available person.
