I had many opportunities to collaborate with Shara during my years at Ubisoft. When I joined the north-American marketing team, Shara was highly supportive and collaborative, helping me on-board to my new role. She is exceptional at tackling complex challenges, thanks to both her ability to build trust with stakeholders and to her practical approach to solving issues. Shara is a tremendous marketer as she is consumer obsessed, which allowed Ubisoft to successfully tackle new businesses (casual and kid portfolio, music, etc). Lastly, Shara has outstanding work ethics and a constructive mindset, and working with her is a pleasure. Any team would be lucky to have Shara as their marketing leader.

I worked with Shara in several different capacities during my time at Ubisoft, including as an XFN partner and she was my direct manager during a project while I was based in Paris HQ. It's difficult to sum up all of Shara's amazing qualities in a few lines of text! She is a deeply empathetic leader, always has a solid understanding of the needs of the business, and her EQ is off the charts, allowing her to be successful with every team she comes into contact with. She has a unique ability to earn the trust of those around her and garner executive support to ensure her team is set up for success. On a similar note, I often admired her ability to utilize her multilingual skills to build cohesion, understanding and trust across a global organization. Any company would be incredibly fortunate to have Shara's leadership on their executive team.
