Alexey and myself were working together in the large turnkey project in Ukraine. When Alexey just joined Cost&Progress department the tasks were pretty challenging due to the number of documents and transactions to be processed. Taking into account the value of the business it was crucial to set up some new tools and optimize processes in order to meet the deadlines pressure. With the perfect interworking to the other teams and external accounting company Alexey managed in a short time to move the document exchange process from the paper-based to the soft copy based. He was also able to create the soft copies of all the historical documents and with his deep knowledge of the MS Excel and MS Access to set up the database register. This was a great job which ease a lot the work load of the whole Cost&Progress department. The project is still using this process and the tools. I recommend Alexey as a great team worker, goal-oriented, initiative person who can work under strong time pressure and on whom you can rely in most challenging tasks.
