Shanze joined us at one of the most challenging and demanding times that our organisation has known for many years - perhaps ever. From the first day she proved to be resilient, accommodating and forward thinking, and was not afraid to embrace extra responsibility when it came her way , most notably supporting our research and campaigns work, in addition to her role as a Caseworker. Whilst a year with us may seem like a short time, her impact on our clients and the results she achieved for them, will last long into the future. The part she played in our team was crucial, and she represented Citizens Advice MK with genuine distinction , always demonstrating her compassion and her commitment to improving people's lives. A genuine pleasure for myself and the team here , to have had the good luck and opportunity to work with her.
