I had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Shannon while I was working in the Operations division of ACS. Her remarkable initiative to research and locate information is amazingly resourceful. Her keen skill to grasp onto technical systems with confidence and ease increased the efficiency and accuracy of many assigned projects. She is continuously very open to sharing her technical knowledge and business expertise with her professional colleagues and team members. I still call on her today for information and if she doesn’t know the answer, she knows where to get it! Her experience and accomplishments would be welcomed in any organization. In addition to her professional talents, she also is a very active member of the March of Dimes (MOD) Committee here at ACS/Accenture. Her passion to spread the word of the importance to educate the public on the MOD speaks volumes to her personal character.
