There is only one word that comes to mind when I think of Shanu and that is ‘Brilliant.’ As his colleague, I was always in awe of how Shanu consistently kept everyone on the same page, avoiding any major conflict and enabling us to focus on our deliverables. And Shanu did it all with great empathy for his subordinates, creating a safe space for everyone. any company will be lucky to have Shanu.
