Shanti was my point of contact for all HR related functions at MPSi. She took her responsibilities to heart and was dedicated in providing an interface with the other support functions when needed, and with the employees. She was very quick to respond, and even if a request was outside her purview, she would get me connected and follow up till closure. As an employee, I found Shanti to be very helpful and provided any and all guidance in all HR related matters.
