Repaired company phones (iPhones 8 & older) including but not limited to screen replacements, no sound, no vibration, not turning on, looping start, etc. Managed & repaired company scan guns as well (including iPods). Remote access repair for Grand Turk stores with software issues. Traveled a few times to Grand Turk to carry out IT troubleshooting & repairs.
