Schedule staff, go on TDY's and bring back information to present to Store Manager and General Manager. Open and close the Kiosk (gas facility) when needed, merchandise soft lines, product knowledge of jewelry, vendors, and product rotation, set plan-o-grams, keep the clothing belts in proper order for rotation of clothing, break down pallets and work merchandise onto the floor. Help out in hard lines when needed as well as central checkout and customer service. Stock Bath and Body Works, Victoria's Secret. Set up displays for the different holidays to help push merchandise out the door. Ensure to do proper documentation of staff when appropriate. Have a game plan for associates as they came through the door, as well as plan events coordinating with specific holidays. Show less
