During the time May to August 2010, I took an internship in JF Real Estate Company. I spend equal weeks in different departments of the company, such as Cost Planning Department, Project Management Department and Organization Department. At the same time, I completed the research of my Msc dissertation "Factors and roles in effecting Variation orders---studying with ERP systems in Real Estate Company in China". During the time from December 2010 to May 2011, I worked as a civil engineer assistant to follow tall building projects. The work contains Schedule tracking, labor tracking and meeting scheduling. Learning from the perspective of a civil engineer, I gradually made a clear view towards scheduling a project from underground to Standard layer. Show less
