I was always excited to work with Shannon, she’s an amazing colleague. Shannon and I overlapped careers at Willis Towers Watson twice: when she was a Senior Interactive Media Designer for the HR Technology team that I managed and later when she was the Senior UX Designer for the Personalized Communications SaaS product suite where I served as product manager. Shannon performed superbly both professionally and technically in the waterfall and agile environments, although we both preferred the more collaborative agile environment. Watching her facilitate the design transformation from wireframes at initial brainstorming, through the interactive user experience feedback process, and finally through to product release was amazing. Shannon was always willing to take and provide feedback and guide the group to make sure we had exceptional user experiences and never forgetting to support those users requiring accessibility accommodations. Shannon has a bright future ahead of her and should the opportunity present itself, I’d love to work with her again in the future.

I worked closely with Shannon on a number of high-profile sites and can attest to her strong design skills, creativity and positive energy. Shannon is whip-smart and can turn clients' vague ideas into compelling and effective design through fluid CSS. She is a joy to work with -- proactive and driven but always with a sense of humor. Shannon is a great asset to any design team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her highly.
