Once outfits/separates are pulled, bring them out to the Showroom and set up a dressing room for the client. All of this must be done before the client arrives, so the full hour is just focusing on her and her needs. • Take appointments and walk-in’s each day – appointments & walk-in consist of offering clients a glass of champagne or water after they walk into the Showroom and get settled down, spending an hour one on one with client while helping them try on outfits I have picked for them along with grabbing anything extra they would like to try on, then helping them come to a decision on what they would like to purchase, then cash them out through our system called Magento • Meet daily & monthly goals for the Showroom, go above and beyond to make all customers feel welcomed and important, whether they are here for an appointment or a simple walk-in to look around
