I had the pleasure of working alongside Shannon at Noom. Shannon took over the existing operations for one of our core learning experiences and was able to improve efficiency and documentation to ensure better, repeatable processes. She also put significant effort into streamlining the coordination related to a learning program that involves 30+ different facilitators and making the lift less administrative. In addition to her work on program operations, Shannon also did a great job managing the program on an ongoing basis, looking for opportunities to improve and measure the learning experience, consolidate duplicative learning moments wherever possible, and work with a complex stakeholder environment to get things done. She has a can-do attitude and energy and was always up for piloting an MVP version to test and learn.
