Shannon joined our team and quickly developed into a natural leader. She honed her skills and initiated programs that remain highly relevant and successful to this day. Mature beyond her years, Shannon is eager to find solutions for challenges and partner with team mates and co-workers to achieve a positive outcome. Shannon would be a great asset to any team or organization.

Shannon took the Mozilla London office from a disorganized mess to a smoothly running operation. She managed to keep the office together even when descended upon by huge numbers of visitors from other Mozilla offices coming to or through London for trade shows and conferences. He resourcefulness saved the day many times when equipment shipments went astray or event plans had to be rethought at the last minute. After putting in a stellar performance managing the London office she went on to supervise office managers for all of Mozilla's European offices. Shannon is a consummate professional and a warm, friendly person. I'm lucky to have had the chance to work with her.
