I really enjoy working with Shannon because she is able to translate my ideas into actual designs. I have worked on different projects with her, some of which required very specific descriptions on the requested designs, others giving her the opportunity to come up with creative concepts. Any of the projects she mastered with her eye for detail and a great understanding of the requirements/customer needs which is why she comes up with designs that hardly need any amendments. She has always been delivering the designs in the most reliable way. One more thing I really appreciate when working with Shannon is her project plans: She will not only set up a clear project plan including time scales, responsibilities of both sides and important drop dates, but also updating it whenever needed. I hope to be working with her more often in the future.
