As Temple Etz Chaim's USY director, I successfully manage all chapter activities including:- Event planning and implementation- Marketing and advertising- Social action work- Youth education- Judaic advisorI established a new program for Temple Etz Chaim, called Machar. This is an ambitious program which introduces the concepts of USY and Kadima to children ages 5 through 8. In addition to youth activities I am also responsible for the following:- Creating and managing the Youth Department's budget for each fiscal year- Oversee and help direct Temple Etz Chaim’s Junior and Senior USY boards- Plan and execute our Purim Carnival, which includes the organization of 100+ volunteers, ticket sales, food preparation, activities, donations and silent auction items, within a fixed budget Show less
