Collaborated with SMEs to develop course material and write lesson plans and instructor guides for a four-month-long certification program all officers must complete prior to competitive field assignment. Course materials included PowerPoint presentations, instructor guides, student guides, grading rubrics, and field support manuals. Worked with videographers and photographers to identify and capture videos and photographs for course material. Audited, redesigned, and documented all courses to ensure efficacy and consistency of content across class iterations.

Worked with Department of Defense customers to analyze, design, develop, deliver, and manage tailored network security courses. Collaborated with customers and SMEs to determine learning needs, course objectives, content, and learning activities. In addition to providing instructional design expertise, project responsibilities included ensuring Roka Security was compliant with all contract requirements listed in the Statement of Work and Contract Data Requirements List for all training contracts (project management documents, design documents, status reports, and after-action reports). Implemented a seven-week-long commercial network security course for DoD customer within six months of the project award date. Adopted Moodle as the learning management system for all training and managed all aspects of its implementation.

Worked with an IC customer to provide instructional design expertise and curriculum development. Consulted with SMEs, stakeholders, and students to identify and analyze learning needs; created project management plans that included learning needs, design concepts, and project constraints and resources; and developed, implemented, and evaluated training. Used BlackBoard to facilitate online and blended courses. Collaborated with multimedia and video production teams, wrote instructor guides and job aids, evaluated learning programs, and developed new training. Conducted an organization-wide Level 3 evaluation of a mandatory training program for first-line supervisors; organized and conducted 10 focus groups of managers; designed post-course evaluations to gauge student learning; interviewed senior officers; gathered workforce analytics data about the target audience to compliment qualitative data gathered during the focus groups and interviews; categorized and analyzed qualitative data; briefed findings to senior management; and made recommendations that served as the genesis for a redesign of first-line supervisor training across the organization and the creation of a new course for all first-line supervisors.
