Shannon Steiner was the primary point of contact and team coordinator for Brandfolder’s engagement with University North Carolina Charlotte. As the Project Manager, we worked closely together on all aspects of planning the project, creating training materials specific to the university’s unique requirements and implementing the system. Throughout these efforts over a period of several months, Shannon consistently responded promptly and professionally with appropriate answers, suggestions and details to keep the project on schedule.
