  Responsible for project administration and monitoring of large NIH- funded multicenter studies. Provide on-site monitoring and support to CRAs and Clinical Study Assistants, with up to 75% travel. Visits to sites include assessing the qualification of potential investigative sites, initiate studies, instruct site personnel on the proper conduct of studies, to review data and ensure accuracy of data collected and to terminate studies. Implement and monitor clinical trials to ensure sponsor and investigator obligations are being met and are compliant with applicable local regulatory requirements and ICH guidelines. Provide regular clinical status information to team members and project management. Perform investigative site file reconciliation; request any new or updated site-related essential and non-essential documents and review them for content, consistency with other documents, and compliance with appropriate local regulatory requirements, ICH guidelines, project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and sponsor requirements. Provide site monitoring reports, travel expense reports and Serious Adverse Events reports as assigned within strict timelines. Successfully completed training in the following areas: Good Clinical Practices, Monitoring Phase I-III Clinical Trials, and coding Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events. Experience working on three studies, currently working on Phase 2 Selection Trial in High Dosage Creatine and Two doses of Tamoxifen in ALS (5 sites), and Phase 2 - 3 Clinical Trial of Ceftriaxone in Subjects with ALS (16 sites), both of which are sponsor initiated.
