Program Director for the local Just for Kix Program. As the Director, I provided dance instruction to dancers age 3-18. I also organized the program schedule, secured facility contracts, interviewed and hired coaches for program expansion, supervised coaches, created monthly calendar, maintained the program website and social media sites, coordinated large dance shows, recruited and supervised volunteer event workers, and coordinated marketing materials to expand the program.
