  Business Operations Consultant participating in projects, administration and claim payment ability. Experience in the self funded health care market (in operations management, administration and claims payment) including flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement arrangements and transportation programs along with data entry of medical, dental and vision claims. I assisted our Manager in product growth. As a team we increased annual revenue from $850,000 to $4.7 million & increased employee participation in FSAs from 15,000 to 73,000 & from a team size of 4-35 at its peak.
