With our largely Oracle based software footprint we are currently in the process of replacing two legacy billing systems with CCB.• Involved in procurement of software, hardware, and tools, in addition to the selection of systems implementation partners from RFP through selection and ongoing partnership including vendor management. • Manage capital budgets that range from $30-95M annually and includes replacement or upgrade of most major applications, consolidation and rationalization of our portfolio, infrastructure enhancements and improvements, and compliance related activities for critical infrastructure protection.• As an IT Leader I am educated and very integrated into in the change management and operational compliance needs to best protect our company assets including NERC/CIP, SOX, etc. solid Cyber Security practices. • Responsibility for the other end of the Information Technology spectrum in managing our Radio, Microwave, and Telecommunications Infrastructure and teams.
