Our operations at the Hampstead (and our new Salem location) have reaped the benefit of her excellent customer service, efficiency and consistency. Our clients have adored Shannon since the day she started in our center; not a week goes by without someone telling me how helpful she was to them, how positive and cheerful she is, how much they enjoyed meeting her. Shannon’s phone skills are excellent. Her voice is friendly, warm, confident and assertive. In all aspects of customer service she has gone above and beyond the job we hired her to do.
