  I have been able to work with our clients and help identify savings. Often when a water bill is received, we can compare the usage to like properties and double check the meter reads. We often help identify leaks by doing this. Not only is the client saving money by getting the leak fixed, but I have also contacted the utility companies and received leak adjustments on their behalf. While reviewing electric bills, I have identified many opportunities to save the client money by switching rates. I have also identified power factor penalties and work with our Energy Service team and the property to haver these penalties corrected going forward. I have found errors with waste contracts and errors that have to do with pick up frequency. I have suggested separate irrigation lines or submeters to alleviate sewer charges on irrigation usage. These are just a few examples; we audit every component of the bill and account whether the savings are big or small.
