Shannon joined our HR team during a very busy period of recruiting. She jumped right in, learned our systems (Open Hire) and processes and immediately got comfortable doing phone screens for us. She is able to instantly make a connection to candidates on the phones. Her sourcing efforts have been quite successful as she had several of her recommendations to hiring managers move forward in our selection processes.
