Shannon is thorough, detail-oriented, and skilled at completing her tasks effectively and efficiently. While working together, I also witnessed Shannon’s compassion for others and her selfless want to see others succeed. I worked with Shannon for over 10 years, where she was a member of the purchasing department and provided support to the VP of the department for many years. While in this position, Shannon mastered the skill of gathering data from our system for not only her department, but for anyone in our company who asked her for data from our system. I also watched Shannon step into the role of Director of Purchasing where she worked with all of Jim's Formal Wear's service centers in placing their rental inventory orders based on SQL's that she helped develop. She also was a very big support to my department, customer service, during our busy prom season. During prom season she put her retail expertise to use by helping our department service our 5,000+ dealers. She would not hesitate to help by taking our dealers orders on the phone during busy times of the day. I enjoyed working with Shannon and know that she will offer the best service and dedication to her future clients as she did to Jim's Formal Wear.
